Shipping
(Within the
continental US)
Small items will be shipped through US Postal Service, via Trackable Priority Mail with a signature confirmation, unless requested otherwise.
Shipping cost for USPS Priority Mail is based on the total weight of your order. Your shipping charge may vary for heavy items.
Use the chart below as a guideline based on the dollar amount of your order.

For shipments to Canada and Mexico add $7.00 to Priority Mail rate.
Overseas orders: Add $10.00 to Priority Mail rate.
Please include your email address with your order so we may notify you of shipment and/or contact you if we have questions.
We normally ship all in stock items within 10 business days.
Please allow 2 - 6 weeks for delivery of custom items and for items not in stock.
We ship orders on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday only.
We apologize, but we are unable to fulfill overnight or second day orders placed
on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday.
All prices and shipping rates are in US dollars.
Please call or email for a return authorization if you plan to send something back.
Clothing items have a size or weight guideline listed next to each item to assist you in ordering the correct size. Please carefully measure your pet to determine the correct size of any item before you place an order. We are available by phone or email if you need assistance.
Also, please feel free to call or email if you have ANY questions about merchandise, policies, availability, or if you feel a deep, burning need to know what Angelo or Tweaky ate for breakfast.
Getting The Right Size
We CANNOT process orders for
sized/fitted items without ALL of the following information:
The pet's breed
The pet's weight in pounds to the nearest half-pound (guessing is likely to
yield a poor fit)
The pet's measurement around the neck
The pet's measurement around the chest
The pet's measurement from the neck to the base of tail
Do your best to select the size you think will fit your pet. We may adjust
the size we send based on this information and the fit and sizing of various
product lines.
Please include your pet's current measurements even if you have ordered from
us in the past.
While we do guarantee the
quality of our products we cannot guarantee the fit if inaccurate measurements
are provided.
If an item does not fit due to inaccurate measurements you will be charged
a re-shipping fee of $5.95.
We make every effort to ensure that you are pleased with the merchandise you purchase from Chiwawa Gaga. If for any reason an item is not to your satisfaction, call or email us and we will work to correct the problem.
Merchandise is returnable within 30 days for exchange or refund if it is in unused and in saleable condition upon return. If merchandise is not in saleable condition, please contact our store for special instructions. Only store credit is offered after 30 days of sale. Please contact our store before returning any merchandise.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Customer
is responsible for postage on items returned for exchange or refund.
